1 year and still tired!

RE: 1 year and still tired!
I wouldn't be concerned with 1.7 minutes under 90%. I think the cpap will treat that well, that's what it's for.
as an example I was 20 minutes under 90%.
I bought a cms-50f off ebay for $50, it records your o2 when asleep and can be used with sleepyhead. If I had your o2 levels, now I'd think twice and probably spend the $50 elsewhere. At the time I got the 50f for peace of mind.

your breath rate per minute is ok and it appears you haven't an overly laboured breath, with insp/exp time about 1:1... 1:1.5 or 2 is good. tidal volume may be a little down. There is nothing wrong, it could be better, but so would having hair on my head.
so I wouldn't worry about the numbers, Your doctor will review them and you can't change them using a cpap anyway, I'd probably use max flex, as it might help I/E and tidal volume a touch. It may also increase your CA for a while, but it should settle back down

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

Thanks "ajake" piece of mind is what I'm going for. When you say a Dr will look at these numbers do you mean my G.P.? Or should I ask my G.P. for a referral to a sleep Dr.?

I'm under a pulmonary/respiratory doctor for apnea, I think it's a good idea for an annual check up.

When you say max flex are you talking about the dreamstation flex settings 1,2,&3?  I started at 3 now I'm on 1.
What does I/E stand for?  Huh

RE: 1 year and still tired!
sorry, I/E inhale exhale ratio
yes, play with the flex settings, if it helps your tidal volume and I/E ratio over a week, keep it. I doubt if it will do much, it might do a bit. It's not an issue either way. I only mentioned it because you brought up minute ventilation.

RE: 1 year and still tired!
Here is last nights info. AHI almost cut in half! Same settings as night before. Thinking about bringing up the min. Pressure to 9 and droping flex to 0 tonight as suggested before. I also included the Minute Vent. graph. Still very low min at 0.12.  What are your thoughts? I also experimented with a piece of tape over mouth. It fell off sometime during the night.

Looking good, how did you sleep, no breaks I see? The CA's cleared up. The bottom line shows up when you are over the leak "threshold", if that's what you're asking. If you lower the flex setting 1cm and increase the minimum 1cm that would be a 2cm increase in exhale pressure. I would go slower myself. If those leaks are from opening your mouth I would think your throat/back of mouth would be sore from dryness.

Edit: For every 1cm you lower the flex setting is a 1cm increase in exhale pressure. I thought your flex setting was 1.

I don't see a need to drop the flex, if you like it. You aren't getting a lot of CA, where a reduced flex could help.
You will get nightly variations. I would increase min pressure, to try and nip the H before they start.

Sleep just O.K. with no bathroom trips.  I did wake up a couple time with a really dry mouth. That's why I tried a small piece of tape.
Yes my Flex setting is currently 1.
