10 events a hour ok?
I started Cpap treatment 3 weeks ago, before starting I was at 50 events a hour and felt horrible every day and super sleepy all the time, since then I have been tinkering with my settings and have gotten it down to 6 to 13 events on a nightly basis, and the last 3 nights in a row at 10 events a hour, I have been feeling great and don't know if I should mess with my settings anymore to reduce the 10 events even lower, long winded question, but is it ok to stay at 10 events a hour or am I doing myself harm

RE: 10 events a hour ok?
jammer,
Which machine are you using? In a previous thread, you mentioned purchasing a ResMed A10. Please update your profile if you did make this change. Also, download the free OSCAR software and start tracking your data. I went back through a couple of your threads and didn't see that you've posted a chart from OSCAR, or I could have missed it. It's great that you've been able to bring your AHI down and that you are feeling better, but the truth is that a 10 AHI is still too high. I'm sure, if you posted some data, we could better advise.
