13 Months and Cruising

13 Months and Cruising
I saw my sleep doc yesterday for a followup appointment. My average OA number for the past three months is 0.67, and my average CA is 0.88. There are no large leaks to speak of most nights. We're both very happy with the therapy now that we've gotten the settings right and I'm comfortable with the mask. Yippee!

For those who say they can't do this, horse hockey. A year ago, I was certain the machine would be collecting dust in the closet by now. Who knew!

Thanks to everyone on the board for their advice and info.
