I don't have expertise to advise you about settings. A couple of quick questions, though: is a prostate exam part of your regular check-up with your doctor? And do you restrict liquid intake during the evening?

I read your link. I have had my prostrate checked a while back, it was good. I don't drink a lot of fluids before bedtime especially alcohol, or caffine. Also my blood sugars are normal.

This problem might worth a chat with your doctor, in case there's an issue of over-active bladder, low-level infection, or recent prostate changes. I notice that your first bathroom break often comes about an hour after you go to bed, which seems a little unusual. And it'd sure be nice if you got some solid sleep for a longer period of time!

RE: 1st AHI under 5
I have a Doctor appointment next week so I'll have him check my prostrate. I'm more concerned about swallowing air and being very tired with brain fog every day. I've never been tired with brain fog every day, but I have been getting up to pee for quite a while.

Thanks

Elvis, I think we can resolve your problems better with lower pressure but higher pressure support. Your chart shows that with EPAP min 10.0 and PS 4, the pressure does not actually rise, and OA events are minimal. Your pressure through most of the night is 14/10 (IPAP/EPAP). I think we can reduce EPAP min to 8.0, increase pressure support to 4.5 and reduce flow limits, RERA and snores, but at the risk of increasing some CA events. I would suggest a maximum pressure setting of 15.0 cm. These pressure reductions might tip the therapy pressure enough to reduce or eliminate aerophagia. No problem if you want to wait for the doctor appointment, but that is what I think will work at this point. We have some tools to reduce CA as well, but we can discuss that later.

Sleeprider, I have attached last nights chart. I woke up twice to pee and fell asleep with mask off twice. Hence the breaks in the chart.
I do feel a little better this morning plus very little aerophagia! I'm anxious to check it again tomorrow morning without the breaks!
Thanks Elvis
