2 month into CPAP Treatment, AHI is low but waking up frequently and still tired

Humidifier: DreamStation
CPAP Pressure: 15
CPAP Software: SleepyHead

If it is leak that bother you, try a mask liner or a different mask. I have both the F&P Simplus and their Eson nasal mask. The Eson leaks a lot less - less seal area so fewer places to have problems. I use the Simplus when my nose is blocked.
