3 years and counting
3 years ago been diagnosed with OSA and have used my CPAP every day without fail. Numbers looks good but more importantly feeling great too. Not every day is the same, some days are not as good but overall a happy camper
Just to say thank you and Grouphug3

I cannot go out and hug people, they might put me in a straight jacket and straight to the nut house Dielaughing

For newbies, the rewards are there ... keep working on your CPAP therapy
Sleep-well

Stick with it. I'm a 200 day veteran now.
I find that by keeping a manual "Sleep Log" where I record Hours of Therapy, AHI, Periodic Breathing and make comments such as "Sniffles, Good Night, Restless due Worrying" etc . Then when I download my data, I can see the influence of these have on my readings, so I can take steps to ensure that they do not occur.
Sniffles due to a cold show as Snores!, and blocked nose shows as an OSA! Sleep-well

Good news on your progress. Now if I can get as good a result I would be over the moon.
I have only had my machine a couple of weeks and use every night I still wake up in the middle of the night and feel terrible in the mornings. I had a few good nights but now seem to be heading back the way I was.

Adrian, for the majority of people, they don't start to feel the real effects for between 3-6 months, you have to be patient and it will come, if not, then you need to review it with your sleep specialist.
