Probably too soon for an update on your daughter's sleep study, but I hope all is going well with her.

Unfortunately this is a hard path - there are no shortcuts, and no exit out of it. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea about four years ago, after my life almost fell apart - always sleepy / drowsy / angry etc. etc. I feel very sory for your little girl, but on the other hand - a child can adopt very quickly. As another person said - I am sorry that I was not tested as a child - perhaps my life would have been better. Once your child has adopted the change in her life, and the mask she has to sleep with, it wil only go better and better. At this stage you may feel that you are fighting a loosing battle,, but keep on with it. Praise her a lot and give her rewards for every night that she does not take it off / sleep through. best of wishes. Kobus
