When you're dealing with complications like aerophagia, sometimes the therapy pressures become a compromise. While EPAP min treats OA, we can at least reduce CA by lowering the PS. There is no right or wrong approach here, because you're treated, and close to a good solution. So we're trying to get better comfort, which may or may not result in better "numbers".
