7 Nights - No sleep
#11
RE: 7 Nights - No sleep
First, welcome to Apnea Board. Second, I was there as well. The T-shirt hasn't arrived yet for some reason. The question is really "How to overcome the new machine/mask situation?" Nike's Just Do It slogan comes to mind. Use the machine every time you may fall asleep and every night in preparing to sleep strap the mask on and turn on the machine. Trust me, eventually it will get better, and you will get used to it.

Best wishes on progress,
