More details. Is this the result of a sleep study / polysomnography? What kind of "events"? Should you be concerned? You know the answer to that part.

RE: 92 events
G'day easkey, welcome to Apnea Board.

We're pretty good here, but we can't read minds. Wink As Sleeprider said, we need some proper details to put your enquiry into context.

- What kind of test are you talking about?
- What kind of events? Central apnea, obstructive apnea, hypopnea, RERA, other/combination...?
- Over what period of time (ie how long were you asleep?) The actual number of events doesn't tell us anything unless we know how long you were asleep. Then you divide the number by the number of hours you were asleep to get your apnea/hypopnea index (AHI)

Having said that, let's assume you slept for 8 hours, in which case your index would be 92 / 8 = 11.5 This would rate as mild to medium.

The average length of event at 53 seconds could be a problem if they're all apneas.
