95% Rate Has Risen Significantly

RE: 95% Rate Has Risen Significantly
The acquisition of these machines are much more difficult in Australia. Supplier #2 does ship overseas and has a Respironics System One DS750 BIPAP Auto BIFLEX 950 for $649USD. An older model that does not support a heated hose, but otherwise quite capable.

Anyway, send a PM to Robysue with a link to here and ask her to check in if she has time.

To OP: I'll let others comment on the data, but you only want to change ONE thing at a time when you are trying to figure out a problem. Then, you want to wait 4 or 5 nights since it may take that long for your body to adjust to the change.

I'm hoping to resolve this without going to BiPAP. My figures don't seem high enough to warrant it but that might be a misconception on my part. The one thing that has become obvious is that the higher my RERA the worse I feel the next day. Last night's RERA was 3.21 anf I was quite tired. My best results (RERA under 1) was when I had the machine set at a minimum of 11 and an AFlex of 2 without the ramp feature. So what I am going to do is take Mosquitobaits advice and change only one thing at a time. To do that I need to go back to the beginning. Minimum 11, AFlex 2 and no ramp and work from there.

RE: 95% Rate Has Risen Significantly
Back to basics. Last night's results.

Machine set at APAP 10.5 to 20
AFlex set at 2, no ramp

RERA 2.13
AHI 0.94
CA 0.0
H 0.71
OA 0.24
PB 2.02%
FL 0.12
VS 0.71
VS2 3.31
PP 1.42

Not ideal as I want my RERAs under 1. What should I change first? I'm prepared to approach this one step at a time to eventually get the desired result. I have this feeling that a couple of months ago I had this working well but it's changed and I'm not sure why.
