A Little Depressed by Recent Numbers
#21
RE: A Little Depressed by Recent Numbers
Spouse, I used a tennis ball. Smile

Zonk, I'm using an S9. Love that little machine.
Spouse, I've noticed that when I do have events they seem to happen about a half hour into sleeping, last about half an hour. Then I'll sleep largely uninterrupted during the night and have a cluster of events again in the morning, shortly before I wake up.

All I can say is that I'm sleeping better than ever now and feel more alert during the day. Can't wait until the sleep debt is paid off.

So last night was my best night yet. No hypopnea incidents and only two others—one OS and one CS.

I know I'll have good nights and bad nights, but to have the best night of sleep I've had in over twenty years is reason to celebrate. Smile
