A VPAP Auto has come to facility- is it current?

Question
A VPAP Auto has come to facility- is it current?
Wife and I volunteer at the medical loan closet, and  a ResMed VPAP Auto machine + H4i humidifier came in.
Question: This looks old.  Anyone know if current technology or throw away?  Keep/throw??
Manuals to read if still current technology?

It sounds like the S8 version of what I use. I still have my S8 that I keep for back-up. The algorithm is not up to date and I would not go back to the S8 version for long term use but it is fine for emergencies and is much better than no CPAP.

Best Regards,

H4i is the humidifier for the S8. So, it is 2 generations back. However, still could be of use to someone.
