A good night's sleep.

A good night's sleep.
Despite my midnight nature hike last night, I had a good nights sleep. Thanks to using tape to stop the large leaks. On the left is last nights report from MyAir and on the right is a shot from iPhone-Apple Watch sleep app called Sleep++.

RE: A good night's sleep.
Congratulations. I'd rather go by sleepyhead charts and how I feel but that's just me.

As long as you feel good, that is the main thing.
If you are happy, I am happy for you.

Thanks for the replies. I do use Sleepyhead, however with Myair and the iPhone app it's almost instant. I will say Sleepyhead did help me fine tune my APAP and sleep problems.  Thanks
