Congratulations. I'd rather go by sleepyhead charts and how I feel but that's just me.

Thanks for the replies. I do use Sleepyhead, however with Myair and the iPhone app it's almost instant. I will say Sleepyhead did help me fine tune my APAP and sleep problems.
