If needed, write your Qs down so you don't forget. It's easy to forget sometimes. Good idea to note down all the complaints and symptoms too. It doesn't need fancy formatted stuff, scribbly notes accepted. I knew my stuff well enough that I just verbally dumped it on the docs. Many times in fact, until they got the message, Here's my issues and I'm not quitting till you get it. I need ASV; make the test happen. Script and deliver a ResMed AirCurve 10 ASV. I HAVE CA! Now do something to fix it doc. Make their ears bleed with the recital. Make Dr. Dolittle mad if necessary, they won't forget one that makes them mad.
