I also feel bloated when I get up. I did suffer from aerophagia in the beginning of pap therapy, but the EPR and chin strap helped, but I wonder if I still swallow some air sometimes.

Good Morning.
Here is my first night on an EPR of 3. I feel like I woke up a lot, but that could also be due to having sugar last night. I also think I swallowed more air. I woke up with a headache, but that could be from my neck and not figuring out the right position. Anyway, let me know if you see anything different. Thank you!
