I would suggest bringing your SD card with you next time you see your Dr.
MyAir is the consumer app you install on your phone, an login thru the website. It usually gives the user basic summary data. I don't think there is any way to change your machine settings using MyAir, it only displays summary data.
AirView is what the DME's and Dr's use and is different than MyAir. Your DME/Dr can use AirView to remotely change settings, view your data, print reports, etc.
Your DME needs an AirView subscription, and your Dr needs their own AirView subscription.
Typically, when you go to a local DME to get your machine they use their AirView account and add your info and machine serial number. Then they link your serial # to your Dr's AirView account.
Online suppliers do not always have an AirView account so they cannot get your machine into the system for your Dr to see. And many Dr's do not have the capability to add your machine to their AirView account, it needs to be done thru the DME.
You could contact your online supplier and ask them if they have AirView access. I know
Supplier #1 DOES NOT have access to AirView so I need to bring my SD card with me to appointments.
It's convoluted and confusing. But that's our medical system in a nutshell.
