I think this is your model, Philips says it goes to 25cm max, given that you are sitting on 20 for most of the night, I wouldn't think that 25 would be unreasonable. I think the resmed asv goes to 20 and may be the confusion.

I would try a cheap, foam cervical collar, it might help and it can't hurt. other than that I don't have any real advice.
out of left field, could the DME hire/loan you a resmed asv and see if you do better on that?

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.
