Thank you!!!
Just wanted to say THANK YOU to the members who helped me here. I received a BiPAP machine 3 weeks ago, but I was still having significant apneas almost every night despite my doctor changing the pressure settings many times. Then I uploaded my OSCAR screenshots here, and was advised to get a soft cervical collar, because the apnea looked positional. I did that, and wore it the last 2 nights. The first night, I used it along with my BiPAP machine, and my AHI was 1.2. Then last night, I used the collar without the machine, and my AHI was 2.1 according to my pulse oximeter. So it seems that my apnea all along has been positional! I never would have figured this out without this forum, so thank you again!
