Welcome to the Apnea Board.

Your sleep study show high percentage of hypopnea with one lasting 67 seconds. SP02 dropped for a bit down to 89% as well. Just note that.

Your xPAP decision is sound. I'd have liked to have started CPAP therapy as early on as you've been blessed with. Best to your successful therapy.

I would suggest you remove the posted sleep study and redact your personal information. Perhaps a Board monitor could do that for you.
