I'm so frustrated with all this and how terrible I feel that I am considering taking a few nights off from therapy. I see my doctor on Thursday and I don't know that I want to risk another horrible night's sleep like I've been having. I never had persistent headaches before this bad phase with therapy and I've had a constant pounding headache the last week. All I want is to get good rest and it's starting to feel like the machine is making things worse, not better.
