Yes, I see the ~10 minute gap in therapy around 9:45. What I was actually referring to was two different spots just past there. If you look at the pressure or leak rate graphs, you'll see the line shoot straight down to zero. There are no corresponding gaps in the flow rate graph. Then, the graphs just restart where they left off.
No big deal. It just seemed odd to me.

Good news! After increasing cpap pressure to 11 last night it has brought my ahi down to 2.42.
Should I be happy with this result and keep the pressure at 11 for a few days to see how it goes or should I aim to lower my ahi further by increasing pressure a little ?

Looks a lot better. You can hold here, or try to add 0.5 cm. I think you are going a bit higher.

I will up pressure 0.5 to 11.5
less fatigued today too!
