AHI index and MAC software
My AHI ranges from 14 to last's nights .07 it seems to be a lot lower when I refrain from alcohol ( darn it) but I think that a good nights sleep is more important to me. Any experiences ? What are your thoughts on downloading the Sleepyhead software on my iMac?

Hi pogosix,
You've been a member for a few years, and I'm surprised you haven't tried #SleepyHead yet. Go ahead and download it, and follow the tutorials in my signature line and upload a screenshot here. Then someone will look at your data and better be able to advise.

Sleepyhead runs just fine on my iMac. I've got the latest iOS.

I just installed the software on my new MacBook Pro and everything is working. very well. Good luck. Roger
