Have you a specific question?

It looks like more of your events are towards the latter half of when you are sleeping.

Context of the nights:
Are you on any meds which affect your sleep/wakefulness?
Are there any times when you've had to shorten, or been able to lengthen your amount of time, which might effect results?

Note: I'm an epidemiologist, not a medical provider.

I understand that my AHI numbers are getting better. What do I need to do to lower the numbers even more? Do i need to increase my pressure to take care of the obstructive events? If so, will the increased pressure increase my central events?

I take mirtazapine, and have for several years.

Not that I'm aware of. My sleep hygiene is fairly consistent.
