AHI is up and not feeling as rested as the last 2 years
AHI is up and not feeling as rested as the last 2 years
I use a soft collar to get below 7 AHI the past 2 years
Without the collar my AHI is 12 or even higher
I only added the collar after it was suggested on this board.
But now my AHI is up and I feel tired waking up.
I tried 2 new collars with same results.
Maybe someone can see something in these charts.
I will call my Doc this week, but I bet he will not have any suggestions - he's seldom even available.
Yes, I am thinking of a new doc soon.

RE: AHI is up and not feeling as rested as the last 2 years
After some experimenting - it seems that sleeping on my sides results in AHI of under 5 and on my back the AHI is 7-12

I guess I cannot do much about that
