AHI number

RE: AHI number
Hey OB! Congratulations!

Don't be concerned if in the next few weeks your AHIs seem to go up again. That's just a normal fluctuation that will happen during the initial month of therapy. It will all settle down as you keep up the therapy and your body gets accustomed to the whole PAP experience. You will find a whole new you in a month or so. Enjoy the dreams!

RE: AHI number
Congrats.

Your numbers will fluctuate like anything dealing with the human body. We Sleepyhead, if your number goes up, you can look at it and see when it happened. Then you can correlate it to what was going on - such as lying awake with the mask on. Machines can't tell if you are awake or not. I average around 2.5 - 3 most nights and occasionally going lower. Keep up the good work.
