AHI on Sleepyhead & DreamMapper Hugely Different - Why

AHI on Sleepyhead & DreamMapper Hugely Different - Why
I just loaded SD data into the new Sleepyhead updated for the DreamStation.

The AHI numbers are shockingly different than what the DreamStation and DreamMapper screen shows me.

My AHI on Sleepyhead is 0.67 while the DreamStation says 19.

This is similar situation on all days in past week.

Any ideas as to why this occurs?

I will try and post screenshot links.

I am on a CPAP and my numbers match other than some rounding on the Dreamstation display. Might be a BIPAP bug in SH?

You can check the bug list here and submit a new one if this has not been reported:

it's important, when making comments like these, to say which version of sleepyhead... or or any other program you're talking about.

Latest and greatest versions listed on the SleepyHead download page - link is at the top right of every page here, labelled "SleepyHead".

I had the beta 1 version.
I uninstalled that and downloaded the beta 2 version and same erroneous result based upon comparison to DreamStation/DreamMapper and Encore Pro 2.

So back to the difficult solution to determining how to stop Large Leaks which I never notice.

Much success to you with your CPAP therapy.

Thank you very much for the welcoming wishes.

Unfortunately after 6 months I have hit the wall in terms of experiencing Large Leaks which I am never aware of. I have tried 6 or 7 different masks and the best seems to be the Amara View but I am shocked every morning to see on the DreamStation that Mask Fit % is very low and Large Leak % is very high.

I am 100% comfortable now with mask and high pressures and I sleep and feel well but the Large Leaks are obviously a major problem in me not getting my AHI below 5

Can you recommend some Board member who can review my 7 day PDF from Encore Pro 2 to analyse and offer advice or can I post a PDF file on the forum?

Did you got the Data menu and rebuild your CPAP data? If that does not work, see under Data - Advanced. You can purge your data and re-import (assuming you have it all)
