When I look 37208 up on a ResMed page the web, it shows that 37208 is a bundle including the AutoSet CPAP machine, humidifier, and ClimateLine hose. 37207 lacks the hose. 37210 is the AutoSet for Her with both accessories. Different numbers are use for Canada (and probably for other countries as well).
