AHI rising?

AHI rising?
My AHI is slowly rising. Last night it was almost up a point. I have eliminated my mask leaks with a chinstrap. Should I be making some adjustments? OAs and CAs seem to be even except last might.

RE: AHI rising?
That one group of obstructive apneas you did a closeup on was probably caused by a positional issue such as tucking your chin in and cutting off your airway. Keep an eye on your charts for this. If it becomes a steady problem then you might want to use a cervical collar. Otherwise it looks OK.

RE: AHI rising?
Your numbers are fine, actually more than fine.
The cluster you highlighted was likely positional in nature, likely caused by chin tucking. Don't worry about it for now but keep an eye on it. IF it is persistent then would be the time to address it. Do not chase numbers, currently any changes should be small and to address how you feel, not your numbers. Fred

Is that with the P10? If so what pillow size are you using? You can try a larger pillow size. Otherwise you can bump your minimum up slowly, to approx 8.5 (Ok either 8.4 or 8.6 (.2 increments)) and see if that helps. Give each change some time to settle in. The purpose of both suggestions is to improve your comfort. Fred
