I have been on. CPAP machine for 4 1/2 months. Only missed one night on a red eye flight. My events seem to range all over the map.  I have averaged between 5-10 events/month below 5, and between 2-5 above 15.  The rest in the 5-15 range. I have not messed with the pressure which is set to 14.
Would like to see most the nights below 5 events. Any suggested changes in my use.

First I'd recommend downloading sleepyhead which is much better for personal use than Resscan. Than post a chart here using the guidelines in the links below.

Normally Auto mode is much more effective at lowering AHI on a consistent basis than fixed mode. I would set your machine to Auto mode and use a minimum pressure of 15cm and set the maximum to 20cm. You can also try using a EPR of 2 or 3 which should make easier to breath. This all assuming most of your events are obstructive.

Like I mentioned before posting a chart helps see whats really going on.
