Hey everyone, I've been using CPAP since 2018, and have used 3 machines since then. My AHI is still quite high at around 8, and it was lowest around 5 AHI when I first started CPAP. I'm 32 and otherwise healthy.
I'd like some help troubleshooting and hopefully bring it down to 2 or less. I've attached 3 nights of OSCAR data. Only last night has full data as I just bought a SIM card for my machine, but hopefully it's enough to draw some conclusions.
