This is Bab enough that it can hide other issues.

Thanks Bonjour for your quick response/feedback.  I actually have been wearing my soft cervical collar since August 28th. It does not help me with clusters but I immediately observed other benefits such as a better (actually ideal) I:E ratio of 1:2 and a lower breaths/minute, down 3-4 points... so I still wear the collar. I don’t understand why I’m still having those clusters and I noticed that most of my events normally happen in the first stage of sleep (first 1 to 1 ½ hour of sleep)

PS: My wife and I recently bought ourselves adjustable beds and last night was the first night I had the head part of the bed raised up approx. 20 degrees thinking it would help. Needless to say I was quite disappointed this morning.
