Yes, well I have to live with the Autoset10. I never get an vauto from the insurance with this AHI >1. 

Changing to APAP with EPR3 helped a lot and now and then (perhaps once a week) I still have an attack. The cardio cardioballistic effects are still there most of the time, but no jagged breaths anymore.

In the beginning of using OSCAR I thought that the cardioballistic thingy had something to do with the heart rhythm problems I have and made me worried. Now I know that they are innocent I am happy with it and try to live on
