Is there a way to make the CPAP machine continue to blow even when I'm not using it?

Letting it run a minute or so a few times a day will probably clear out the smell about as effectively as letting it run all the time.

To get out the plastic smell from everything washable, use a very mild solution of vinegar and water. Just fill up the sink, put in a bit of vinegar, and let it all soak a bit.

How much vinegar would you say makes a mild solution?

I think the rule of thumb is 1:10 vinegar to water. It's what I use to do my cleaning. Well, basically I kinda do a "fill the sink and dash some in there" thing. You don't want too much or you are smelling pickles all night.
