AHI went up 6 weeks ago
Hi,

Around 6 weeks ago my AHI went from 1 or under to 2,3 or 5.  I didn't change anything that would cause the change that I know of.  I am now having some symptoms return on increased fatigue and headaches.  I have included some of my data and would appreciate any advice on lowering my AHI.
