APAP / Medication etc

APAP / Medication etc
So I don’t have time right now to post graphs as I’m up at 5am so I’ve posted a couple of images/stats.

My pressure has increased from 13.2 to 16.8 since my initial diagnosis however since this diagnosis I’ve also been diagnosed as having REM sleep behaviour disorder and I take medication for bipolar disorder.

Still get quite a lot of daytime sleepiness and need some advice on how to try overcome it.

And I’m obese....I mean like 6ft 5” 25-26 stone.

So I’m taking:

AM: Lamotrigine and Duloxetine
PM: Lamotrigine and Clonazepam

Have played about with my Clonazepam dosage and currently take 1mg can take anything up to 2mg but this makes me a zombie next day

350 to 360 lbs is working against you, but we really need you to find a way to post a real OSCAR chart. We need to know not only what your settings are, but why the machine is making pressure adjustments and how we might optimize that to improve your health. Another important statistic we get are respiratory statistics like tidal volume, respiration rate and minute vent.

If you absolutely can't post a chart, at least go into the clinical menu and change the Essentials option from ON to PLUS. This will allow on-screen views of respiration stats. We have no way to know what is going on with your therapy without decent data.
