APEX XT AUTO Machine won't start up
I have just purchased online the new APEX XT AUTO (Model No. 9S-005720) today, however, once it is powered on, the LCD screen is stuck after showing AUA 1.2 and won’t continue with any further progress and all buttons are not response neither.
(See screenshot attached)
I do read the Manual and checked on web but no luck. Is there anything I am missing here for the first time initialization?

Please help me ....

I have an XT Auto as a back up and it definitely doesn't get stuck. I would definitely contact the company where it was purchased. It could have been damaged in transit?Thinking-about
