The 24 hour holter sometimes does not show things if they are not constant. There is a 7 day Holter that is a bit more definitive. I had a-fib years ago and they did a radio ablation. Recently developed tachycardia along with rapid bpm while sleeping and elevated AHIs which is being treated with a mild beta blocker, which has also helped with my sleep.
