AS11 OSCAR Data - Events not recorded?

Question
AS11 OSCAR Data - Events not recorded?
Hi there,

Just started using an AS11 after getting diagnosed with mild apnea. I inserted an SD card, the data got pulled off, but when I import it into OSCAR I don't get any fancy graphs. I see a message of "This CPAP machine does NOT record detailed data" Is there something I need to do to enable that to correctly pull data in? Or are the graphs only available for the autoset version? Thanks and sorry for the dumb question!

The AirSense 11 AutoSet is fully supported by OSCAR.

The AirMini is not supported.

What are you using?

Hi,

I'm using the AirSense 11 CPAP. I'm wondering if the SD needs to be stored overnight to capture all of the detailed data instead of the summary data.

Yes, the SD card must be in the machine while you are sleeping, or you will only get summary data.

I'm also not sure if the AirSense 11 Cpap captures detailed data. Maybe someone will confirm that.

I think this is the first AS11 CPAP model we have seen. Please make a zip copy of your SD card with OSCAR using Help->Troubleshooting->Create zipe of CPAP data card. Include you username in the file name, and upload it to our Dropbox at https://www.dropbox.com/request/REp6AH7LCGyeOcXfOokH

I'll sort out what is going on and report back here.

Thanks! I left it in overnight and it pulled up the detailed data, so I can confirm the AS11 CPAP works and does detailed data.

Have a great day!

There are three models of the AirSense 11: CPAP, ELITE, and AUTOSET. Which do you have? We think the "CPAP" model, a fixed pressure machine, does not write detailed data to the SD card.

You say AirSense 11 CPAP, do you mean the "CPAP" model or do you mean any xPAP machine. To my knowledge we haven't see either an A11 "CPAP" or an "Elite" model before.

I have the AS11 Aoutoset; the 1st SD card I used was one I formatted that had files on it and got only summaries no graphs. I bought a new card, inserted it as is and I get graphs and everything. I read somewhere to do that.

The SD card must be in the machine during your sleep sessions in order to collect the detailed data that is used to create the graphs.
