AS11 failed to write data last night
Just sort of starting a thread in case this comes up for anyone else. I made a change on my max pressure last night and used the machine. It acted normal, however it failed to write any data to the SD card. It uploaded to ResMed's servers fine. I keep putting in the SD card (tried others, these are all good cards) and the message that it's reading the SD card never comes up and the blue light never flashes. I powercycled (as best you can do) the unit a couple times with no change. I had to go into the clinical menu and factory reset the unit. Then the unit started seeing the SD card again. Oh, and for anyone wondering, a factory reset doesn't cause the unit to grab the correct time from anywhere either!
