This is last night. AHI not under 1, but better. H 12, LL 12, UA 7. Used chin strap, medium sleep (woke up several times to pee).

Those are very good results with a total AHI of only 1.5. There are a couple nice stretches of fairly quiet machine activity without a lot of larger PS spikes, especially in the last half of sleep. If you could do this every night, I think you'd feel pretty good.
