Air Sense 10 auto for Her vs. regular version

RE: Air Sense 10 auto for Her vs. regular version
So far I have noticed that the Female setting is less harsh than the standard setting. If it wasn't for some rain out I would have gone all night without waking up. The other setting used to wake me when the pressure would ramp up. I wish that ResMed would have offered both settings on all their auto sets as I don't like the white color with leaves and pink display color. Oh well, I guess you can't have everything.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

I have my machine now Yay! So, of course I lay down to take a nap, get my mask on and......wide awake! Dang it. I'm going to have this headache until I sleep! Sigh. I also got the P10 since so many of you liked it better than the Wisp. I like the Wisp but I thing this headgear may work out better.
