Help with Data, please

Help with Data, please
I would like to get my AHI even lower, although with some help from this forum I have adjusted my pressure range and have significantly lowered it already.  I am concerned about mask leak.  It looks like I have a lot of leaking and my wife tells me that air blows on her sometimes during the night.  I use a ResMed Mirage Active nasal mask, and I use a chin strap.  Nevertheless, I wonder if I am blowing air out through my mouth or if it is truly leaking from the mask.  Is there a way to distinguish these? Also, my Sleepyhead AHI is consistently a lower number than displayed on my Respironics DreamStation.

Equipment:

Respironics DreamsStation APAP (w humidifier)
ResMed Mirage Active nasal mask (old style, not LT)

Here is a screenshot from several nights ago.........

Any thoughts? Advice?

Consider asking you wife to check for where the air is leaking. A light hand pressure on the mask may help it see if the straps are too loose or if it is moving around on your face.

Blowing out your mouth will generally result in dry mouth. Often, particularly with a chin strap, it can wake you up with your lips "buzzing"

I had trouble with actual mask seal leakage from the Resmed N20, but not with the Respironics Wisp... actually lower leakage than the P10.

OA are generally treated with more minimum pressure. for a week, you could use 9cm, then 9.5cm pressure and see if either is an improvement

have you used the mask fit function and bonjour's mask fit guide?

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.
