Software for Rem Star Auto

Please tell me what software I should use to download from my card. I have a Philips Respironics, Rem Star Auto, System One.

I installed the ResScan software but it keeps asking to connect a card reader. I have the card installed into my card reader and have tried a different USB card reader but the program does not recognize where it is.

Is this the correct software for my machine? If no what do I need? I can see the information using windows explorer but of course it doesn't tell me anything.

ResScan software works only with ResMed machines.

With your Phillips Respironics machine, you can use either Encore Basic or SleepyHead.

I use both just for comparison, but SleepyHead will give you much more data.
