Adjusting my pressure
#11
RE: Adjusting my pressure
When making changes, make one at a time and then do several days with those settings. You sleep will normally vary day to day, with activity level, use of alcohol and/or caffeine too close to bed time, other medications, how much you ate and how close to bed time it was, and more.

In other words, its a process, not an event, and rushing may not give you a clear picture of what is happening.

Note: I'm an epidemiologist, not a medical provider.
