Adjustments worked AHI 2,LEAK 0

Still tinkering. Pressure 15. cut down on start time and increased start
pressure.

Leak 0, ahi 2, 4.7 hrs

Picked up cardreader. have to play with stats.

Listen to suggestions but you have to tinker with the machine to get it
right. Advice you have the pressure too high already was completely wrong. Each person has their own body.

Still getting the process. The only thing that matters with dieting is did you lose the weight and keep it off. Lets face it we are all food addicts.

When i hear people say fad diet. They are really saying they did not have the discipline to be successful. Whether low carb , diabetic
diet , 5 days on 2 days off or juicing do what fits you.

One thing about dieting your body adapts to the change so you must
then do something different.
Set goals and work at it.

Have to learn how to use the software. hope you are well. Its funny
how many people i talk to who have sleep apnea. What is surprising
is how many are not overweight. Unfortunately some still do not have
enough money for healthcare.
