RE: New data to review
Did you ever try a soft cervical collar? It looks like it could help get rid of the clusters of OA's your getting. If you haven't tried one I'd give it a shot.

Agree on cervical collar question. Every obstructive episode begins at or near minimum pressure. The closeups of your respiratory flow rate show very high flow limitation and irregular, unstable expiration. Your results are very inconsistent, and I'm not quite sure what that means, but I think there are two very different possibilities. You might do better with Flex off. You might do better with BiPAP. Have you ever tried not using Flex?

I never tried not using Flex. What is it anyways? A cervical collar, I've been told that several times. I noticed when I slept with the pillow at the top of my back and neck, with my neck straight my AHI number is much lower. When can I get a cervical collar, Walmart maybe? It has everything else! Lol

RE: New data to review
Practically any drug store (Walgreens, Rite Aid), Walmart or Amazon will sell you a soft cervical collar for $10 to $20. They are inexpensive and give many of our members great results. It can lower your AHI and even keep your pressure lower. Look for one that has a fit 2-inches more than the circumference of your neck an an inch or two shorter than the height from the top of your chest to your lower jaw. A comfortable fit is all that is needed, with just enough support to keep your chin from tucking towards your chest. You'll be amazed.

Newbie here so I defer to the experts...
Looks like you're hitting your max pressure pretty consistently. Might want to increase your upper limit a bit. |
