I used both for a (3) week period and now just use ResScan.

RE: Rescan vs. Sleepyhead
SleepsAlot, I did try to import from SD card and it brought in some data but there's a big hole in the middle of missing data. It picked up some recent and some from a month ago. figure that.

I think if I started with a fresh card and used Sleepyhead exclusively it probably would work. I think my looking back and forth between the two has caused the problem.

As Zonk and I have discussed, I am looking at fewer things now. Like a new car, I was intrigued with all the bells and whistles in the beginning. Now that I have gotten past the rough learning curve, my sleeping with cpap and my data have settled into a comfortable pattern.

I used both ResScan and SleepyHead and do not have any problems with missing data. One thing I do is to write-protect the SD card before I insert it into the SD card drive in my laptop.

Help, please. I have an Air Curve 10 ASV. Which software works with this new device. I was beginning to feel better and now I am worse than when I started and going down. I have Central Apnea with hyponea. I have got to figure this out.

As far as I know, at the present time SleepyHead cannot read the AirCurve data files, so you will have to use Rescan, assuming you have a Windows computer. I don't know how soon the AirCurve models will be supported by SleepyHead.

Hi ZebraWoman,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
I'm sorry you are feeling worse with your CPAP therapy, hopefully, you can get your data figured out so you can fine tune it in order to get good sleep.
Much success to you.

I use both Sleepyhead and Rescan with my Air Curve 10S (bi-pap)
I also had an Air Curve 10 ASV for a month and both programs read the data and worked fine with it. (The ASV really helped me to figure out the TiMax setting which made a big difference in my compliance with the bi-pap.)
