(currently running Linux, so I can't use ResScan)
Every time you launch it
it will remember your login but not the password. I assume its some basic form of security I find it a pain I was hoping a registry switch to turn it off but not found one yet and nothing mentioned in the help files.
RE: New ResScan version 6.0
Is the login requirement the only change so far gleaned from version 6.0? If so, may not be worth changing from 5.9.

I have no clue. ResMed never puts out a "changlog" or any indication of what has changed from version to version, so it's all educamated guesswork.
Anyone see any other changes from 5.9 to 6.0 (other than the required login)?

Yes, it was explained in the download email you received, as follows:
Quote:New "login" requirement for version 6.0:
Please note that when you run ResScan version 6.0, you will be asked to login using a username & password. You should use the same username & password as you use to log into your Microsoft Windows user account. CLICK HERE for instructions on how to find your Windows username.
You will need to know your own computer's Windows
username &
password and use those same credentials to log into ResScan 6.0.

RE: New ResScan version 6.0
I'm having problems downloading the new ResScan 6 zip file from the auto-reply mail's link, do you guys know if the download is still available or if the link was updated? the error I'm getting is "Firefox can’t find the file at
https://www.resmed.com/..."
RE: New ResScan version 6.0
As of June 11, 2018, It seems Resmed has renamed, deleted, or moved ResScan 6.0. The normal address produces a "File Not Found" message. Earlier versions are still available.
